Tattoo Booking Process

  1. Schedule your appointment. Reach out with your tattoo idea and placement and I will assess your idea. If we seem like a good match, I will let you know my available dates.

  2. Provide a $100 deposit for flash or an agreed upon amount for custom designs ($100 deposit plus $50/hourly design fee) to hold your date and begin the design process. Deposits are non-refundable and come off the total price of your tattoo, excluding the design fee for custom pieces. I accept e-transfers such as Venmo and Cashapp as well as cash and card.

The remainder of the tattoo price will need to be paid in full upon completion of our tattoo. Preferred method of final payment is cash or venmo/cashapp. There is a 4% fee for Square card transactions. Our Lucky Blood Tattoo Co. products and inventory can be purchased with card, cash, or venmo as well.

Note: i only work in black, red and two shades of blue ink. i am not taking other colored ink projects outside of that, nor am i taking text projects at this time. thanks for understanding! something to note as well, pieces that include blackout work or black fill take longer, therefore cost more.

Policies

Please show up to your appointment on time, showered, sober and fed. I will not work on a client who is hungover or under the influence and their deposit will be forfeited. I am unable to work on any skin that is broken, damaged or sunburnt. Do your best to honor and take special care of your skin and body in the days leading up to and following your appointment; you are asking it to endure the pain and healing of the tattoo process. Please avoid alcohol, excessive caffeine and any blood thinner such as asprin, at least 48 hours before your appointment. (If you have any scarring in the area that you are looking to get tattooed please disclose that to me and we can assess further together.) I request that clients be free from antibiotics and vaccines for two weeks before and after our appointment, as well as not getting tattooed close to any planned surgery or medical/dental procedure.I am also unable to work on any client who is pregnant, under the age of 18, or positive for HIV, AIDS, hepatitis, or has diabetes at this time.

Pricing

My rates are $150/hourly with a $250 minimum for palm sized or smaller pieces. Any intricate design over 6” typically will have a $500 minimum. There is a $50/hourly design fee for custom pieces. Occasionally I will be hosting flash events with lower minimums to keep my work accessible. I post about those on my instagram so keep your eye out for that if you’re interested.

Appointment Timing

Please show up to your appointment on time. I will be set up when you arrive at the shop. To honor the appointments of the other tattooers at Lucky Blood Tattoo Co., if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment I will have to charge a $25 late fee. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, please give me at least 72 hour notice. If your cancellation is within less than 72 hours i will need another deposit to rebook your appointment. (Of course I can be flexible for emergencies. Just communicate with me and we can figure out a solution that works best for us.) I will do my best to estimate the amount of time we will need, but please reserve plenty of time around your appointment as it may take longer than anticipated. Honor your commitment to our reservation. If you need to leave before your tattoo is complete, I cannot guarantee a rebooking right away. We will take at least 5 minutes from each working hour for stretch/hydration breaks; this is for your sake, but also mine.
